This page links to a range of supporting material and other resources that you can download for your use and reference.
Each of the links above will begin a download. We have also provided an indication of the format and size of each file. All of the files on this page should download in a few minutes, even if you have a slow connection.
To get the most from these files, save them to your hard disk. On a Windows PC you can do this by right-clicking on the download link and choosing 'save target as' (in Internet Explorer) or 'save link as' (in Netscape).
.rtf files
All of the text downloads are in .rtf format which can be understood by almost all word-processing software. They will open in your web browser if you don't choose to save them to your hard disk (see above).
.ppt files
To read the .ppt files, you will need Microsoft PowerPoint®. If you don't have Microsoft PowerPoint® , there is a free PowerPoint viewer available. You can download Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer from the Internet.
.zip files
To read the .zip files, you will need WinZip or a similar compression software package. You can download an evaluation version of WinZip from the Internet.
